The event is based on the work of Débora Terra (Universidade de Lisboa), a visiting researcher at BPC through the program Power and Region in a Multipolar World (PRIMO). The colloquium will have the participation of Prof. Andrea Ribeiro Hoffmann, from the International Relations Institute of PUC-Rio, as discussant.
