Isa Mendes
Isa Mendes is a PhD candidate in International Politics at the International Relations Institute (PUC-Rio) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Houston (Texas, USA). She is currently a Research Assistant at the Global South Unit for Mediation (GSUM).
