Cecilia Milesi is an Argentine professional and activist with over 18 years of experience strengthening and supporting change processes in the Global South and North in the areas of peacebuilding, human rights, justice and development. She works guided by the vision of co-creating a more equal and just world with the Global South countries and peoples playing a leading transformational role. She has a degree in Sociology from University of Buenos Aires, a diploma in Anthropology from FLACSO, Latin America Faculty of Social Sciences and a Masters in Violence, Conflict and Development SOAS, University of London. Cecilia is currently the Director of Planning and Performance at Conciliation Resources, providing leadership to promote a culture of sound planning, evaluation and learning from Conciliation Resources’ global peace work. She promotes participatory and creative programming and learning approaches and tools. Before Conciliation Resources, Cecilia worked for Amnesty International (AI) International Secretariat as Organisational Development Coordinator for Latin America and Investment Adviser at AI’s Global Trust.
