Meet Lucas Carames!

Lucas is part of our team in Task Force 3 and holds a PhD in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations (IRI). He collaborates directly with Ana Garcia, professor of International Relations at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro and researcher at the BRICS Policy Center.
