BPC MEETS WITH KONRAD ADENAUER FOUNDATION (KAS)

On April 4th, representatives of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) paid a visit to the BRICS Policy Center in order to increase knowledge of the lines of research and work of the Center, in addition to promoting a broader debate about the current international and Brazilian political conjuncture. The meeting also created an opportunity to approach the experiences of the institutions and opened the way for possible partnerships and joint research in the future.

Representing KAS, Nicole Stopfer (Area Latin America), Jan Woischnik (Representative in Brazil), Alexandra Steinmeyer (Deputy Representative), and Carla Shores (Coordinator of International Affairs) attended the meeting.  Representing BPC, Paulo Esteves (General Supervisor) and Lia Lopes (Administrative Coordinator) were present. Nicole Stopfer visisted Rio de Janeiro to personally meet partners of KAS.
