THE BRICS POLICY CENTER RECEIVES THE ACADEMY OF YOUTH DIPLOMACY, RUSSIA

On November 22, 2016, the Administrative Coordinator of the BRICS Policy Center, Mrs. Lia Lopes, and the administrative intern, Ms. Luiza Villela, met with the delegation of the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, led by Dilbar Sadykova, CEO of the institution, at the headquarters of the BPC in Botafogo. A couple of weeks before, Dilbar had already met with BPC’s researcher, prof. Sérgio Veloso, when they discussed the professor’s participation in the Youth Forum last year, as well as possible partnerships on the research area.

The Academy of Youth Diplomacy, which is linked to the National Youth Council of Russia and to Kazan Federal University, came to the BPC with the aim of taking forward the dialogue about possible areas of cooperation between the Center and the institution, strengthening, meanwhile, the relations between the BPC and Russia.
