The BRICS Policy Center (PUC-Rio) welcomed a delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (Vietnam)

On October 29, the BPC welcomed a Vietnamese delegation of 11 members from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, led by Associate Professor Hoang Phuc Lam, PhD (Vice President). The foreign institution met with Dr. Maria Elena Rodriguez (Deputy Coordinator and researcher at the BPC), Dr. Jimmy Klausen (Researcher), Dr. Marcelo Cappucci (Researcher), and Ms. Lia Frota (Administrative Coordinator).

During the meeting, topics such as Energy Transition, Green Economy, and Renewable Energy Initiatives in Brazil were discussed. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Phuc Lam expressed interest in strengthening the partnership with the BRICS Policy Center (PUC-Rio) by formalizing a cooperation agreement that involves different possibilities for exchange between our institutions.
