BRICS Policy Center signs arrangement with the Institute of Higher National Studies in Ecuador

The BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio has signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Higher National Studies (IAEN), a graduate university located in Quito, Ecuador. Recognized for carrying out studies and strategic projects for the State, IAEN has a special focus on training public servants and academics skilled in the analysis, development, and design of public policies.

The agreement aims to strengthen the partnership between the institutions in areas of common interest, ranging from cultural exchanges to scientific research, expanding cooperation networks in Latin America and deepening academic ties between Brazil and Ecuador.
