Researchers from the BPC contribute to a global report on emerging middle powers

Researchers from the BRICS Policy Center, Paulo Esteves and Carlos Frederico Coelho, contributed to the publication of the report “Emerging Middle Powers Report 2025: Momentum for Middle Powers!”, which examines the evolving role of emerging middle powers in an increasingly fragmented global landscape. The report is based on research conducted with nearly one thousand policymakers and scholars of foreign policy from Brazil, Germany, India, and South Africa. The report was launched on April 18 in Indonesia, with the participation of our researchers, in collaboration with the Körber-Stiftung, the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), and Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations.
