Körber-Stiftung and International Partners Launch New Report on Emerging Middle Powers
The Körber-Stiftung, in partnership with the BRICS Policy Center, Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations, the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), and the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia, has just released the study “The Emerging Middle Powers Report 2025.”
This international report examines the differences, points of convergence, and opportunities for cooperation in foreign policy between Germany and the emerging middle powers: Brazil, India, and South Africa. The research is based on a survey conducted with experts from these countries as well as from Germany.
💡 Published annually, the study aims to deepen the understanding of geopolitical perspectives in the countries under analysis and to promote dialogue among strategic actors from the emerging middle powers and Germany.
