Ana Garcia, a researcher at the BRICS Policy Center, gave an interview to Agência Brasil and analyzed Indonesia’s entry into the BRICS, highlighting the strengthening of the bloc as an alliance of regional powers from the Global South.

According to the professor, Indonesia brings a positive contribution to the bloc by adopting a reformist and balanced profile, in addition to seeking to capitalize on opportunities both in the West and in a multipolar scenario.
