Ana Garcia, a researcher at the BRICS Policy Center (BPC), published an article in the Brazil in Focus series of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, November 2024 issue. The article assessed the scope and limits of the G20 results in Brazil in the context of reforming the international financial architecture, highlighting the areas of taxation, reform of multilateral development banks, IMF reform and the debt issue. The text emphasized that these reforms are a priority for developing countries and should be continued under the Brazilian presidency in South Africa.
