The BRICS Policy Center, in partnership with the Center for BRICS Studies (NuBRICS) of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) and the Brazilian Network for the Integration of Peoples (Rebrip), is holding an event entitled “BRICS+: Where are we and where are we going?” on November 7 at 2pm. This meeting aims to reflect on the results of the recent 16th BRICS Summit, held in Kazan, and to draw up perspectives for the next summit, which will take place in Brazil in 2025.
The debate will address the continuities and discontinuities in the BRICS agenda, bringing an analysis of the advances and challenges faced by the bloc. The initiative invites students, researchers, activists, journalists and anyone else interested to take part in this discussion on the future of the BRICS and Brazil’s role as host of next year’s summit.
The event will take place in person at Rua das Laranjeiras 307, Casas Casadas, Laranjeiras.
