On November 8th, Marta Fernández and Lia Lopes met at the BRICS Policy Center with Francisco de Santibañes and Gustavo Martínez, representatives of CARI (Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales), a renowned Argentine think tank based in Buenos Aires. During the conversation, which took place at the Casas Casadas, the institutions identified areas of research and agendas in common and are already thinking about the possibility of establishing a partnership where joint projects and events can be carried out.
