BRICS Policy center participates in the 2019 Busan Global Partnership Forum

During the 4th and 5th of December, the director of the BRICS Policy Center, Professor Paulo Esteves, participated in The 2019 Busan Global Partnership Forum in South Korea. The conference brought together representatives of governments, academics, civil society and other stakeholders with the aim of analyzing the principal trends of cooperation for development, taking into consideration the effectiveness of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

Additionally, the event included important sessions aimed at reflecting on the relevance of development’s effectiveness in achieving SDGs, exploring the role of development’s effectiveness in the context of financing development, and debating the scope of this agenda.
