On 11/30/2023, the BRICS Policy Center supported the virtual activity “Brazilian foreign policy: between racializations and black resistance”, organized by NIREMA (Interdisciplinary Center for Afro-descendant Reflection and Memory), a research center linked to the Center for Social Sciences at PUC-Rio. The activity was also organized and attended by Jéser Abílio de Souza, a doctoral student at the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio.
