The director of the BRICS Policy Center, Marta Fernández, took part in the event “Brazil on Stage”
On August 21, Professor Marta Fernández, director of the BRICS Policy Center, took part in the “Brazil on the Scene” event organized by the Center for Autonomous National Studies (CENA), run by students from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in a panel entitled “Brazil and BRICS+: Brazil’s Role in the New Multipolar Order”. The event, held in the Pedro Calmon Auditorium at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, brought together public authorities and members of the academic community to debate Brazil’s strategic role in the international political and economic scenario, especially in the context of BRICS+ and the G20. The Professor shared the table with Professor Williams Gonçalves, Professor Maurício Metri and the Vice Consul General of China, Wang Haitao.
