The BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio participated in the webinar “U.S. Intervention in Venezuela: Global and Regional Implications”, organized by the BNU Center for Policy Research (Beaconhouse National University, Pakistan).

The Director of the BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio, Marta Fernández, was one of the panelists, along with Ambassador Mansoor Ahmad Khan and Dr. Syed Muhammad Ali, to discuss the global and regional impacts of the U.S. intervention in Venezuela and its effects on international norms, sovereignty, and geopolitical dynamics.

This initiative reinforces cooperation and exchange between academic institutions and think tanks in the Global South, expanding spaces for qualified dialogue on the contemporary challenges of international governance.
