Researchers from the BRICS Policy Center publish new article in Estadão newspaper.
Researchers from the BRICS Policy Center, Carlos Frederico Coelho and Paulo Esteves, published an article in the newspaper Estadão titled “The Return of the Non-Aligned?”, in which they analyze how middle powers — such as Brazil, India, and South Africa, as well as Germany — have been reaffirming a position of non-alignment in the face of the growing rivalry between the United States and China. The analysis is based on an unprecedented survey of over 900 foreign policy experts, released to mark the 70th anniversary of the Bandung Conference.
