China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and which are the implications for Latin America and Brazil?

The following Policy Brief addresses the main issues presented in China’s 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025), highlighting the main points and assessing the implications for Latin America and Brazil. In this sense, both the concepts of Green Development, Self-Sufficiency and Dual Circulation are explored, as well as a contextualization of Chinese challenges, whether domestic or global, in order to analyze the guidelines that China will adopt in the next five years and examine their global impacts.
