INDCs of BRICS countries to the COP21

COP19 in Warsaw invited all countries to initiate or intesify domestic preparations for their mitigation offers (known as Intended Nationally Determined Contributions – INDCs) for the Paris climate agreement well in advance of Paris. During the COP20 in Lima (2014), all countries agreed on the guidelines for how governments should put forward their initial offers. By the end of October 2015, 128 countries had submitted their contributions, representing more than 85% of global emissions.
