38th Radar Socioambiental: Interview with Alessandra Cardoso

In its 38th edition, Radar Socioambiental presents fragments of an interview with Alessandra Cardoso, a public budget specialist at the Institute for Socioeconomic Studies (INESC). The interview, which took place in September 2020 and was conducted by the Socio Environmental PlatformTeam, addresses issues such as what international funds are, how they operate in Brazil, and what their results are. The interests of countries in investing in these funds and the possible effects of international pressures on Brazilian environmental policies were also discussed.
