Professor Monica Herz, PhD, a researcher at GSUM, was awarded the Baron of Rio Branco Medal

At a ceremony held at the Itamaraty Palace, the medal was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauro Vieira, in recognition of her contributions to the field of diplomacy and International Relations, as part of the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the Rio Branco Institute.

On the occasion, Professor Herz took part in the closing session of the seminar “Diplomacy and International Relations: Past, Present and Future,” held in Rio de Janeiro.
