On October 16, Professor Maria Elena Rodriguez took part in the webinar “Infrastructure for life: challenges and opportunities”, organized by the Latin American Studies Association (LASA) and co-organized by the BPC, the Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales Association and the GT Infraestrutura. César Gamboa (DAR), Brent Millikan (GT Infraestrutura) and Ricardo Abramovay (IEE/USP) also took part. The event discussed the opportunities and challenges for promoting infrastructure with environmental sustainability, climate resilience and social inclusion, with an emphasis on cases from the Pan-Amazon region (Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia and Peru).
