Paulo Esteves debates the current role of the BRICS

As a result of the 11th BRICS Summit, hosted in Brasilia on November 13-14, 2019, Professor and Director of the BRICS Policy Center, Paulo Esteves, was interviewed by the website Diálogo Chino and talked about the important role that the BRICS still occupy in the international arena. As highlighted by the professor “the world today looks much more like a world built in the image of the BRICS (…) That is, a world that has multiple poles of power, rather than just the image of the West.”
