Short Bio:

Dr. Calindi has a Ph.D. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi), specializing in technological change with an emphasis on intellectual property economy. He is currently associate professor at the Center for Economic and Social Studies (Centre for Economic and Social Studies – CESS), Hyderabad. In BRICS Policy Center, Dr. Calindi contributes to the research group “Systems of Innovation and Governance for Development” with a survey assessing technological capability and patent systems of BRICS countries
