Monica Herz
Monica Herz holds a degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1985), MA in Sociology from the Brazilian Society of Education – SBI / IUPERJ (1989) and a Ph.D. in International Relations – London School of Economics and Political Science (1994). She is currently an Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio. She has experience in international relations, with emphasis on International Security, acting on the following topics: international Brazilian foreign policy, international organizations, international security, international relations and Latin America.
