Financier with a specialization in public policy evaluation. She recently worked as a researcher in Monitoring and Evaluation at FGV CLEAR. She was director of public management studies at the Institute of Research and Economic Strategy of Ceará (IPECE), helping to strengthen management for results in the state government. She took part in the Evidence Award Evaluation Committee (ENAP, FGV, IMDS) and founded CAPP/IPECE, a center dedicated to ex ante and ex post evaluation. She is an alumni and mentor of the Vetor Brasil Public Management Trainee Program, with a focus on adaptive leadership.
