Carlos Frederico Coelho

Lawyer graduated from the National Faculty of Law and holds a Master’s degree in International and European Relations from the University of Linkoping, Sweden. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro and is a member of the T20 Trade and Development Task Force.
