Maria Elena Rodriguez, deputy director of the BRICS Policy Center, gave an interview to Xinhua Español and highlighted the importance of Brazil defining its own agenda during its leadership of the bloc.
Speaking to Xinhua, Maria Elena said that Brazil has a unique opportunity to articulate its vision for the BRICS, highlighting sustainability and climate change as priorities in line with COP30.
