GSUM SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE SWISSPEACE FOUNDATION, SWITZERLAND

The Global South Unit for Mediation (GSUM) is happy to announce that the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) signed a cultural, education and scientific agreement with the Swisspeace Foundation, from Switzerland. The agreement aims at stimulating scientific cooperation between Swisspeace and the GSUM in the fields of international mediation and conflict resolution. Areas of cooperation include the development of training programmes and courses; organization of conferences, seminars and workshops; research cooperation in mutual interest areas; and publication of joint material.
