Director of the BRICS Policy Center, Marta Fernández, took part in a seminar organized by the Remnin University of China, in partnership with the Fluminense Federal University

On September 10, Remnin University of China, in partnership with UFF (Fluminense Federal University), held a seminar entitled “First China-Latin American and Caribbean States Roundtable on Human Rights”. Professor Marta Fernández, director of the BRICS Policy Center, gave a talk on “The Right to Development as an Inalienable Right within the BRICS+”. The panel was moderated by UFF professor Evandro Menezes de Carvalho and included researchers from different institutions, such as FLACSO, CLACSO and the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico.
