On April 15, Marta Fernández, Director of the BRICS Policy Center, took part in the Academic Week of the International Relations program at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), where she delivered the lecture titled “The BRICS Effect: Attraction, Resistance, and Global Repositioning.”

The event provided an opportunity to discuss the strategic role of the BRICS in reshaping the international order and its implications for the Global South.
