Carlos Frederico Coelho,BRICS Policy Center at PUC-Rio researcher, spoke to Valor Econômico about the challenges of Brazilian exports.
Carlos Frederico Coelho, a researcher at the BRICS Policy Center at PUC-Rio and a professor at the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio, gave an interview to Valor Econômico newspaper. Along with other professionals, he analyzed the challenges Brazil is facing due to the need to redirect its exports.
According to him, it is difficult to disregard Asia in the current scenario. Coelho emphasizes that Brazil needs to diversify its export destinations, despite its already consolidated trade relations with China. Regarding coffee, the researcher states that the product can contribute to opening new markets due to its global demand.
