In the second semester of this year, the BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio is pleased to welcome researcher Luis Gouveia (University of Coimbra) as a fellow. He is contributing to the research of the Global South Unit for Mediation (GSUM), alongside Irish volunteer intern Joel Jacob, who is participating in the activities of the Cooperation and Development Financing program (LACID).
