BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio holds meeting with the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences

On October 23, Marta Fernández, Director, and Lia Frota e Lopes, Administrative Coordinator of the BRICS Policy Center/PUC-Rio, met with Mr. Cheng Yuchang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Marxism at the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences, and Mr. Chen Baolin, Associate Research Fellow at the same institution. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the strengthening of ties established between the institutions following the cooperation agreement signed in 2024, with a focus on academic collaboration and researcher exchanges.

During the meeting, topics of mutual interest and priority were discussed, such as economy, development, and digital governance, which will guide the focus of future partnerships and joint projects, aligning with the research areas of both institutions.
