On November 24, the director of the BPC, Professor Marta Fernández, received a delegation from the Russian NGO “Smart Civilization”, which works in collaboration with the Russian State University of Human Sciences (RSUH).

On the occasion, they discussed issues relating to the BRICS countries and intercultural dialog between the civil societies of the countries in the grouping.
