In an interview with DW Brasil, our director Marta Fernández spoke about the expansion of BRICS.

According to her, the Lula government sees the group of countries as an important platform for Brazil’s insertion into the international system, contributing to a political agenda aimed at a more equitable order.

“Brazil has historically always been a defender of democratization. In this sense, to be against an expansion of the BRICS would be a contradiction,” said Marta.
