Ana Garcia writes for the Stimson Center

Professor Ana Garcia (UFRRJ), associate researcher at the BRICS Policy Center, writes in collaboration with Leonardo Ramos (PUC-Minas) about Brazil’s presidency of the G20 and the Global South. The article discusses the opportunities and challenges for Brazil and the US, which will chair the G20 in 2026. The text was published as a Policy Memo by the Stimson Center, a Washington-based think tank.
On February 16, the professors will take part in a virtual political dialogue meeting promoted by the Stimson Center, at the invitation of researcher Aude Darnal.
