Agreement between Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and Uppsala University

The Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) signed, through the International Relations Institute (IRI), an agreement with Uppsala University, located in Uppsala, Sweden. The agreement’s objective is to develop academic and educational exchange of undergraduate and graduate students between Brazil and Sweden. Besides the exchange of students, the partnership covers the conduction of collaborative research projects, the organization of lectures and symposiums, and other activities of an academic nature. Uppsala University, founded in 1447, is the oldest university in Scandinavia.
