Launch of the declaration of the convergence dialog between T20 and C20
Representatives from various segments of society attended the launch of the declaration of the Convergence Dialogue between T20 and C20 on Wednesday (03/07) in Rio de Janeiro.
The document reinforces common points between the two G20 engagement groups, which bring together research centers and civil society organizations, and was delivered to Gustavo Westmann (General Secretariat of the Presidency and G20 Social), Antonio Freitas (Ministry of Finance and G20 Finance Track) and Felipe Hees (Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative of the G20 Political/Sherpas Track). It will now be forwarded to the leaders of the economic forum.
The launch took place at a side event of the Midterm Conference, a milestone in the run-up to the G20 meeting in Rio de Janeiro in November.
Both the joint declaration and the thematic declarations are available on the BRICS Policy Center website.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
