Brics Policy Center to join T2O Brazil’s National Advisory Council
The BRICS Policy Center is pleased to announce that, during the Brazilian presidency, it will be part of the T20 Brazil National Advisory Council, an engagement group made up of think tanks and research centers that make up the G20. The aim of the National Advisory Council, made up of 45 institutions, is to gather insights and recommendations from national think tanks and research centers on the themes and sub-themes of the T20 Brazil. The main objective of the T20 is to produce, debate, consolidate and present ideas on how to tackle current and emerging challenges that can be addressed by the G20. The T20, coordinated by IPEA (Institute for Applied Economic Research), FUNAG (Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation) and CEBRI (Brazilian Center for International Relations), brings together think tanks, G20 research institutes and countries invited by the rotating presidency. The Advisory Council will be represented by the Director of the BRICS Policy Center, Professor Marta Fernández.
