The BRICS Policy Center welcomes researcher Paula Simas, coordinator at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Her research topic will focus on “Assessment and UN response to the impact of organized crime on human rights in Latin America and the Caribbean” and will be supervised by Professor Conor Foley. The researcher will be at the BPC in November 2023 and between January and March 2024.
