Coordinated by professor of International Relations at PUC-Rio and coordinator of BRICS-Urbe, Sérgio Veloso, Cadernos BRICS-Urbe invites undergraduate students of International Relations at PUC-Rio to develop an article, as a final exercise for the advanced studies course “Inequalities and public policies in contemporary societies”, and selects the texts that were able to present deeper reflections and that showed engagement of the students with the theme.
