Aline Vasconcelos

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (2009), and a master’s degree (2012) and a PhD (2018), also in International Relations, from PUC-Rio. Her expertise area are humanitarian campaigns, humanitarian law and humanitarian diplomacy. Aline also has professional experience in South-South Cooperation in the context of South America, especially in health government issues. From 2013 to 2018 she worked with local governments diplomacy, local multilateral cooperation and urban development.
