Carlos Frederico Coelho

Carlos Frederico Coelho is a lawyer graduated from the National Faculty of Law, UFRJ, and holds a Masters Degree in International and European Relations at Linkoping University, Sweden. PhD in Political Science at the Institute of Social and Political Studies, UERJ, he is a member of the T20 Task Force on Trade and Development.
