South-South Cooperation and BAPA+40 – Theoretical Perspectives and Empirical Realities

The conference “South-South Cooperation and BAPA+40 – Theoretical Perspectives and Empirical Realities” was held on August 13th, 2018, at India Habitat Centre, headquarted in New Delhi.

Paulo Esteves, director of the BRICS Policy Center, was a Panelist in the Plenary Session I on Theoretical Framework of SSC and Triangular Development Cooperation.

The event was promoted by the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) and aimed to strengthen the theoretical nuances of South-South Cooperation and to expand the global understanding of development cooperation, its conceptual frameworks and relevant empirical validations.
