This independent review of the work of the g7+ was produced by the BRICS Policy Center (BPC) – International Relations Institute (PUC-Rio), Brazil. The review was led by Isabel Rocha de Siqueira and supported by Beatriz Nazareth Teixeira, Lucas Manuel Machado, Tatiana Castelo Branco and Paulo Esteves. It is a dense research focused on (re)formulating the group policies and strategies and is also part of the professor’s long experience with the theme of fragile states and the security-development nexus.
