Conor Foley

Dr. Conor Foley trabalhou na reforma legal, direitos humanos e questões de proteção em mais de trinta zonas de conflito para uma variedade de agencias de direitos humanos e também agências humanitárias, incluindo: DPKO da ONU, ACNUDH das Nações Unidas, UNHCR, UN-Habitat e Anistia Internacional. Ele é autor de “The Protection of Civilians by UN Peacekeeping missions”, Cambridge University Press, September 2017, e de “The Thin Blue Line: how humanitarianism went to war “(Verso: 2010).
