DESCRIPTION:In 2019\, NeST LATAM* responded to a UNOSSC call proposing a combination of desk review and outreach activities to address the subject of institutional frameworks and governance for South-South Cooperation (SSC) in Latin America. Now\, it is time to present the report’s main findings and launch the ideas we gather together. \nIn order to assess lessons learnt and possible ways forward regarding institutional arrangements for SSTrC in the region\, the NeST LATAM report provided an overview of the three countries represented within its network (Argentina\, Brazil and Mexico) to\nupdate narratives and identify enabling and disabling factor for a stronger institutionalization in the region.
